The South Lake Union Rumpus Room


NUTS & BOLTS:

The Rumpus Room is a loft-setting on the upper floor of our Lunchbox location in Southlake Union. When you enter this space, you will feel like you’ve been warped into the 80’s!

This room is very open and one of a kind! The space works great for any kind of social gathering. From birthday parties to rehearsal dinners, company networking events to holiday parties. We can accommodate sit-down dinners, or casual mixers.

The Rumpus Room has four large plasma TV’s, private Unisex Restroom, Pool table, Flashback Arcade room, Full Bar, and Shuffleboard table.  The lounge area is outfitted with leather couches and chairs. With approximately 1000 square feet, this space can hold up to 85 people comfortably.

If you are looking to hold a sit down dinner, the maximum capacity in the Rumpus Room is 45. For a more casual, cocktail-style atmosphere, the space can hold up to 85.

There is a $200 rental fee and a food and beverage minimum that needs to be met.  The food and beverage minimums differ during the time, day and month; but ranges from $500-$1500.  We require a $200 deposit to secure the space.  Room rental is subject to a 21% private dining service fee.

The room can be decorated however you like – we have no restrictions on outside decorations.  Although, you surely won’t need much as the space is decked out to the max! Guests also have control over their music, and can choose from our Comcast stations, or bring in their own iPod.  The surround sound speakers play throughout the whole Rumpus Room. If looking for more entertainment, feel free to bring in a game console.  A lot of fun can be had with a Mario Kart or Wii Bowling Tournament!

Caesar Salad - Hand chopped romaine, Parmesan shavings, housemade Caesar dressing, garlic croutons with an orange slice.
